Soy candle making — pour your own
This is the classic Candle Bar experience. Choose your vessel, blend or select your fragrance, and pour your own premium soy wax candle in a guided format. It's the most hands-on, traditional candle-making flow — and the finished candle feels polished enough to gift or display.
Because it involves hot wax, the pour is reserved for guests ages 12 and up. Younger makers can join in on the Sand Wax experience instead.

Glow) is a design-led, no-hot-wax option where you scoop, layer, and style colored sand wax for a stronger visual effect. Both are guided and finish with a candle you take home the same day.

What's the difference between Classic, Signature, and Luxe?
They're the three tiers every candle comes in, and each step up unlocks more. Classic ($49 soy / 8 oz) is a single-wick candle with our core vessels and the Classic fragrance collection. Signature ($59 soy / 10 oz) adds a much wider range of colored, detailed, and special vessels, plus the Signature fragrance collection on top of Classic. Luxe ($75 soy / 16 oz multi-wick) is our premium vessel — including custom options — with full scent access: the Classic, Signature, and exclusive Luxe collections combined. The same three tiers are available for Sand Wax with its own vessels.
Do I need any experience to make a candle?
No. Both experiences are fully guided and beginner-friendly. Our team walks you through every step, from choosing a vessel to blending your scent.
Can I create my own scent?
Yes — custom fragrance blending is one of the highlights of both experiences. You'll explore fresh, coastal, warm, and rich notes to create a candle that feels uniquely yours, rather than choosing from a fixed preset.
Is it only for adults? Can kids do it?
For safety, the hot-wax soy pour is reserved for guests ages 12 and up. Younger guests can fully participate in the Sand Wax experience, which uses no hot wax and is just as creative and hands-on.
How much does it cost?
Both Soy Wax and Sand Wax come in three tiers — Classic, Signature, and Luxe. Soy Wax is $49 (Classic, 8 oz), $59 (Signature, 10 oz), and $75 (Luxe, 16 oz multi-wick). Sand Wax is $35 (Classic, Eco Round 8 oz), $45 (Signature, large 10 oz vessel), and $60 (Luxe, designer 16 oz vessel). All materials are included, and the Founders Special takes 20% off any tier through July 4.
