Welcome to Hawaii Fluid Art Pleasanton (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking an experience, purchasing a service, or visiting our website or studio, you (“you,” “customer,” “participant”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
1. Nature of Services
Hawaii Fluid Art Pleasanton provides art-related experiences, including classes, workshops, private events, resin and fluid art sessions, and other creative activities. These services are experiential and involve hands-on participation.
All purchases made through our website, point of sale, or third-party platforms are considered experience-based services, not tangible goods.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales for classes, sessions, events, and experiential services are final.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Scheduling conflicts

No-shows or late arrivals

Change of mind

Dissatisfaction with the creative outcome

Custom or personalized artwork

Gift cards
Customers may be eligible to reschedule once if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session and subject to availability.
This no-refund policy complies with California laws governing services.
3. Booking, Attendance & Conduct
By booking an experience, you agree to:

Arrive on time for your scheduled session

Follow all studio rules and staff instructions

Maintain safe and respectful behavior toward staff and other participants
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant for safety concerns, disruptive conduct, or violation of studio policies. Removal for safety reasons is not eligible for refund or credit.
4. Product & Artwork Handling
Some artwork (especially resin pieces) requires curing time. Customers are responsible for:

Returning to pick up completed artwork within 30 days

Ensuring safe transportation of artwork after pickup
Unclaimed artwork after 30 days may be discarded due to limited storage. No refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed items.
5. Private Parties & Group Events
Deposits and payments for private events are non-refundable.
Date changes may be allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
6. Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are final.
In accordance with California Civil Code §1749.5, gift cards with a remaining balance of less than $10 may be redeemed for cash upon request.
7. Payment
We accept all major forms of payment shown at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount displayed.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
8. Safety & Liability Waiver
Participation in our experiences involves the use of art materials, tools, and equipment. By attending, you acknowledge:

You assume all risks associated with art materials, surfaces, equipment, and physical activity

You release Hawaii Fluid Art Pleasanton, its owners, and staff from liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except where prohibited by California law
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless otherwise specified.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website or in our studio—including branding, class formats, images, videos, and instructional materials—is owned by Hawaii Fluid Art Pleasanton and protected under applicable U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website and Shopify store.
By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue classes, pricing, schedules, or policies at any time.
Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders that resulted from incorrect information.
